2012 Conference

                                            SOLSTICE & CLTR 2012

Enhancing Learning, Teaching and Student Success

13th – 14th June 2012,

Edge Hill University, Ormskirk, UK

We’ve had a successful two-day event at this years SOLSTICE & CLTR conferences which had a combined focus on the enhancement of student learning through evidence informed practices.

We welcomed delegates from all over the UK and Australia, South Africa, Brazil and the USA and had some amazing presentations from some of our students.

Day one, the SOLSTICE 2012 eLearning Conference concentrated on Technology Enhanced Learning practices and examples that make a real difference to students’ learning.  The conference built on the success of the SOLSTICE Centre for Excellence in Teaching and Learning’s previous conferences which have run over the last 6 years.

Day two, the Centre for Learning & Teaching Research (CLTR 2012) Conference focussed on innovation and development in higher education learning and teaching practice, which has been at the heart of the CLTR’s mission for the last 10 years.

Conference photographs can be viewed on Flickr here >>> we hope to see you in 2013, dates will be published shortly.
