Abstract / Summary

Master class focussing on innovation in large organisations and how to reduce project risk by using design thinking to ensure user requirements are fully understood from the start, so increasing the chances of success. Examples utilised my consultancy experience, such as redesigning the wine buying process for a major UK supermarket chain.
