Abstract / Summary

As we develop our sustainability mindset, we look for inspiration and direction from leaders. As a business leader, we transform our learning into our organisation, and we do this to develop our team and to motivate them to work well for the good of the business (and the planet). However, to enable this transformation to happen we need to pay attention to ourselves in the first instance. We need to become aware of our needs for personal growth, development, and accomplishment. Together we can then reimagine education, consider our scope for personal development, and share our success stories – to lead our businesses towards the future.
