Abstract / Summary

The Script Department is a scripted podcast where each episode is a reading of a short screenplay, supported by atmospheric sound and music to create an experience that falls somewhere between listening to an audiobook and watching a movie. We also curate our stories into edited collections. The objective of this project is to celebrate the work of unproduced screenwriters.
