Abstract / Summary

DRY-STONE is an artist book that combines a series of monotypes made in my studio at CAST during the very soggy summer of 2023, with fragmentary and broken text pulled from distant and not so distant memories.

Two earlier versions of the book were published in two “made to demand” editions by independent German publisher Edition Demand. These two versions were launched at two exhibitions in Düsseldorf that took place at Nillson in September 2023 and Kunsthalle Düsseldorf in October 2023.

The third edition that I published and released in Cornwall in October 2023 is full-colour, 56pp, 270 x 190mm and is a hand-numbered and signed edition of 50 only.
