Abstract / Summary

QUESTION – In what ways and directions has interior design expanded, is it expanding or should it expand in the future?

By questioning the manner in which interior design as a discipline could or should expand is to acknowledge that interior design is already multi-faceted - its scope, reach and possibilities extensive if often misunderstood. By exploiting the intersection between film theory and interior design a theoretical stance is proposed linked to mise-en-scene.
