Abstract / Summary

In this masterclass Dr James Branch and James Chudley will introduce user experience (UX) and show how great user / customer experiences can create business value. Aimed at Cornwall based businesses or organisations, the session will introduce a key UX tool – customer journey mapping – that you can use to identify how well your product / service is supporting your customers and areas for improvement.
